(But I *did* look good). I would like a survey of 80 year olds, still in good shape: who worked out , and who just lived a life? I belong to the YMCA. You're very funny. But you know that. The only way I survive the gym is by ignoring pretty much everyone there. I don't try to be nice, no smiling, no friendly chit chat, I just go and do my thing.
