Bloggernacle Prayer Roll
Hey, some of you will have noticed that Naiah, one of the ‘nacle’s most passionate and articulate voices, has been quiet. She had surgery last week, and has developed some complications. She’ll be ok, but it has been a rough week and more rough weeks are sure to follow. Please include her in your prayers!

Thank you for this notice. How sad. I wish her the best.

Thanks, Kristine. It’s hard to picture us having a life outside of blogging. I suspect most of us are dealing with stuff at the same time.
She will be in my prayers. God bless us all, I think.

Kristine, and everyone, thank-you so much. As Kristine mentioned, there were complications just after my surgery. I was administered a pain medication (Toradol)that, as luck, fate, and/or the Lord would have it, I am among a small percentage of the population who, in addition to alleviating pain, it causes to bleed out internally. Three surgeons, a 4am trip to the OR, and 5 units of blood later, I was doing somewhat better. All in all, my expected one-to-three days in the hospital stretched to about a week-and-a-half, but, as Steve mentioned I am happily installed back at home, and my heart is warmed to know that there were others thinking, caring, and praying for me. I needed it. Much appreciated.
